Claudia Toutain-Dorbec, born in Oregon (1949-), a contemporary multi-media artist and author, mostly known for her botanical work.  She includes photography, painting, drawing, collage, and sculpture in her creative processes.

 

In the 1970's she became interested in botanical photo images, similar to those she does today. She has worked with botanical subjects in some way since she was a child. 

 

Her work is currently being shown in New Mexico and New York.
